SALES OPERATIONS ANALYST

What will you be doing?
Reporting to the CFO, the Sales Operations Analyst will work with the Finance and Sales teams to ensure that our company’s sales processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Organize various forms of sales/marketing data to facilitate forecasting & strategy between sales, operations, marketing and finance
Provide sales reporting KPIs from customer/distributor level reports
Facilitate purchase order processing and invoicing, including working closely with company customers
Coordinate company internal and external sampling program
Coordinate with 3rd party logistics cold storage warehouse company on inventory levels, internal transfers and outbound logistics
Execute on company trade shows
Arrange and track outbound logistics
Reconcile ERP system on a weekly basis
Coordinate company dispute process for non-compliant chargebacks for both the Food Service and Retail divisions
Support other administrative responsibilities within the office and production facility.
Other duties as assigned, including supporting other areas in the Corporate Office.
What you bring to the table
Education and Work Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
5-7 years of Sales Operations experience or more.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to make sound, independent decisions based on management expertise and experience.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, troubleshoot and problem solve.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and high levels of professionalism
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Computer skills – email, Microsoft suite of products
Knowledge of manufacturing techniques for maximizing people, equipment and processes
Interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work within an integrated operating enterprise with alignment between manufacturing, quality, production planning, maintenance, and procurement.
Ability to work a varied schedule.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
The Sales Ops Analyst position is in a manufacturing environment, which includes occasional exposure to industrial operations including:
Exposure to high temperatures
Fumes or airborne particles
Moving mechanical parts and vibration
Loud noise level
Allergens
Elevated heights
Hot surfaces
Cleaning Chemicals
Stored potential energy such as electricity, gravity, and pneumatics
